How billing works
ScreenSwytch licences are sold per device, per year, at £6 per device, and paid by invoice. A new order or renewal covers a twelve-month term starting from the date it's issued, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancelling before renewal
You can cancel a licence at any time by telling us before your next renewal is due. Cancelling stops future invoices, it doesn't affect the term you've already paid for, which runs until it expires.
Refunds
Because ScreenSwytch offers a free 7-day trial before any invoice is raised, we don't generally offer refunds for licences once a term has started. If you believe you've been invoiced in error, for the wrong seat count, or for a licence you didn't request, contact us and we'll put it right.
Trials
Trials are free and unlimited within the 7-day period, no invoice is raised unless you choose to continue with a paid licence afterwards.
