Introduction
These terms cover your use of ScreenSwytch, the Windows desktop application, and the licence you buy to use it. By installing or using ScreenSwytch, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or, if you're deploying it for an organisation, on behalf of that organisation.
Licence and use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and run ScreenSwytch on the number of devices covered by your current, paid-for seat count. Each device needs a valid licence file or licence key applied. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the software, or attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Payment
ScreenSwytch is priced at £6 per device, per year. Licences are billed annually and paid by invoice, we don't take card payments at checkout. Invoices are due within the payment terms shown on the invoice itself. Unpaid renewals may result in a licence lapsing at the end of its current term.
Acceptable use
You agree to use ScreenSwytch only for its intended purpose, managing display layouts on Windows devices, and not to use it in a way that breaches any applicable law, infringes anyone's rights, or attempts to interfere with our licensing or activation systems.
Warranties and liability
ScreenSwytch is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be fault-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using ScreenSwytch and let your licence lapse at any time. We may suspend or terminate a licence if these terms are breached, or if invoices remain unpaid after a reasonable period following notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
